Build Your Own 'Old Joe' - 80cm

A 1:125 scale card cut-out model of the University of Birmingham's Joseph Chamberlain Memorial Clock Tower. FInished in matt laminate on both sides to give a long-lasting model for display.

Builds to 80 cm tall and shows the very elegant taper to good effect.

In the kit:

• The card model pieces for you to construct on two pieces of A2 double sided matt laminated card
• Instructions on how to build you very own 'Old Joe' and a front page which includes information about 'Old Joe'

Locally you need to source:

• Scissors and a knife to cut small slits
• Double sided tape and/or glue. For this model we recommend an impact adhesive.
• A card scoring tool (folded paperclip works well!)

Adults and older children will have great fun constructing this model. For younger people support from an older person would help with a successful outcome.

This model takes 1-2 hours to construct depending on previous modelling experience.
